Returns and Exchanges

Are your Veldskoen feeling a bit snug? Don't worry. It's better that your shoes are initially tight fitting, as the leather will stretch and mold to the shape of your foot.

However, if your shoes are already a bit roomy right from the start, you may want to exchange them for a smaller size.

Whatever the reason for wanting to make an exchange or return, we are here to help.

Provided your shoes are still in their original packaging, and unworn, we will gladly have you return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase. For pre-orders, this 30 day period will commence once your shoes have been shipped.

Returns are charged a flat $10 fee, usually sufficient to cover one-third of the actual shipping cost. For an exchange for another size or colour, we charge a $10 flat rate shipping fee for one exchange. Additional exchanges will be charged the actual one-way shipping cost, which is typically around $25 to $30.
