Cafes, art galleries, breweries, restaurants, street performers, and car watchers can be seen around every corner. The area is a melting pot of backgrounds, ideas, and cultures. Woodstock is trendy, but tough. Just like these shoes.
Our Woodstock Chelsea boots are made from strong, full grain, oily waxy, leather, which softens and darkens, as it ages. This leather’s waxy finish initially causes it to scuff easily. If the marks bother you, they polish out easily enough with a clean cloth. However, should you let them settle, you will see that what starts out as marks, become traits of deep and lasting character. This specific leather is proof that some things just get better and better with age!
Because we use full grain leathers, finishes may differ slightly between shoes, or areas on a pair of shoes. We love these unique textures and believe they are part of what gives Veldskoen their beautiful character!

CanadaI had a pair of Clarks boots as a teen that I lived in. As an adult, I tried again with a new pair. They were horrendous. Poor quality and construction and killed my feet. When I stumbled across the Woodstock during an online search for new boots, I was immediately excited. I used the chat to speak directly with someone at Veldskoen to determine the appropriate size. I took their recommendation and picked a women's size 8 (I am an 8.5 us) The boots came in under a week and are absolutely amazing. The quality of the leather and the care put into the construction is quite evident. They are of course quite stiff at the moment, but I'm currently breaking them in and never want to take them off. I wish I had found these sooner! I will be a customer for life.

CanadaThey are the perfect width for me and are so comfortable I don't need to break them in slowly. After carefully measuring my feet I ordered 38s, they are a smidge too big, a 37 1/2 would of been perfect but no 1/2 sizes available. They are very well made and should last years. They arrived quickly as well.
CanadaI used the sizing guide to get the perfect fit. The shoes are soooo comfy! I am a big boy (6’4” and 150kg) and they handle my size well when walking through rugged terrain. They offer great comfort and support. Solid shoes. If you’re wondering about the quality, don’t, I expect these shoes to last many many years. This is money well spent!
